If FTP had their customer service building in my town...

    Seriously, FTP customer service is the biggest joke.

    The fact that they suspend my account, tie up money, and take 3 days to answer a simple e-mail is just unfair. On top of that, the e-mail is a bullshit generic response saying "Please be patient...blah blah blah." Well, it's been over a week, and nothing has been done.

    Truth be told, my account is suspended for absolutely no reason. Apparently I am somehow associated with someone who broke the rules...so they suspend MY account. I've asked them in numerous e-mails WTF I have done to warrant the suspension, but have yet to get a legitimate reply.

    Guess I'm not grinding this Sunday....

    Thanks for saving me some money FTP!

    All my experiences with their support, though limited, has been surpassingly positive. Hopefully I never have to find out what everyone is always complaining about.

    this happens a lot at ftp. gg your account. they will usually let you withdraw the funds though.

    Considering your open threat of terrorism and the fact that FTP have a representative on these boards I'd say gg your account is a pretty safe bet.

    Would plunder the building with toilet paper and stand outside with pickets saying I'm on strike.

    Plus i would follow home the head of support and continuously slash his tires until he took my account off losemode
