    Has it been processed yet? I have two withdrawls since Sunday and either have yet to be processed. Just curious if anyone has had any luck, usually they are really good about processing them by the following morning...

    i made one monday the 21st and it took till i think friday to be processed.

    Sorry to sort of hijack the thread, but I made my cashout on 6/17/08 and haven't seen the money yet. It was a Bank transfer before they shut those down. It's now been 30 business days since then. Of course no response from email support.

    Strange thing is, on Sunday, July 20th, while playing in some tournaments, a window popped up saying my $300 cash deposit was successful and my account was credited. I never made this deposit and have questioned FTP about this as well.

    My question for y'all is, what's my next step? Does anyone have some sort of direct hotline to customer service that I can actually get some answers from? I realize this topic is a beating but I've got a legitimate reason to worry here IMO.

    they took your withdrawl and put it back in your account so you have to cash out again. same thing happend to me and still havent gotten my money.

    Yeah... they sort of shorted me $2200 then...

    More than likely that $300 was your mid-year ironman bonus being cleared. Has nothing to do with your withdrawal.

    Sometimes a " daily double" will show as a deposit, right? Dunno. Maybe you went deep in the doubles Waters(you sicko! lol)
