  1. I guess this is a prime example as to why I am not much more than a break even player.

I do not understand the QJ mini raise and then call nor the 67 call preflop...

Thanks for any input to help me grasp this...

About all I do understand is my laydown of AA so it only cost me 10% of my stack

  2. You played it well. What's the question? You can't always explain what other idiots are doing making bad plays with marginal hands. Don't beat youself up over this, you should be happy you were able to get away from it so easily. Much better than getting check/raised on that flop and having to lose even more chips.
  3. Don't try to garner any insight from these two donkeys to improve your game. They are donkeys. Tards! Idiots! Morons!

Well, OK, the QJ play was only marginally bad.

Look them up on sharkscope - warlick has a -16% ROI and is down 1300 on stars.
  4. Thanks for the input. I guess the JQ is getting decent odds after the 67 makes the loose...little frustrating to wakeup with and hand and have to fold it...but at least i made the right play on the flop

  5. I personally hate the min raise pre flop by you here. (close enough anyway) . You have a player raising UTG which normally would indicate some strength and by only min raising him you are letting other players into the hand with marginal hands because the pot odds are not only what is in the pot but they know the original raiser will come along as well.

Now granted the 67 call is bad IMO but I think you have to raise to at least 1200 here if not 1400-1600 and define the hand quickly. This isnt to say that the original raiser isnt gonna call you anyway and you lose the hand either way but you need to protect your hand in this early of a position and reraise a little more next time IMO. 6. deep stacked I call 99 OOP for a single raise--esp in a multi way-- but for a re re-raise? no way.

you gotta think: one of them has you beat 90% of the time, and the other one is going to hit his two over cards a lot as well. only way you do OK is when you spike a set and you are just paying too much for that 12% chance...

I fold 99 in this case, unless, for instacne, the table is INSANE tight post flop... and I knew a 1/2 pot bet would take it down post flop a VERY large % of the time... or something like that, and of course that would be a VERY rare table to be at!

  7. ummmmmmm Tim wrong thread bro??
  8. Holdm, when I went back and reviewed the hand the only little thing that bothered me a little was the 1000 chip bet. I know what I was thinking at the time which was I wanted a call with a smaller PP or Ak AQ KQ that I thought UTG might have....then with 67 called I had a sick feeling in my stomache. Luckily even at UTG+1 I was last to act and made a pretty easy fold.

    Thanks for the input

  9. I def see what you were trying to do here and I like the fact, however I think because he raised UTG here you can raise it more and still get the action you are seeking. I was not trying to knock your play at all simply giving my opinion sorry if it came off harsh.
  10. No didn't come off as harsh at all..Appreciate the input
