    U should ask IMPER1UM AIM, he is a very appreciated member of this community, a top pro, and he loves to give newbees advice. He can also play a few hands for you if you make it deep in a MTT and can't handle the stress.

    Unfortunately using this forum will not improve your game.

    Most people here just like to gossip and criticize other people.
    There are always exceptions as I have had a few people actually talk to me like a normal human being.

    But as you can see from the first reply and others so far ,most of the time you will just get some sarcastic douche bag wasting his own time responding with what he thinks is funny stuff and it just snowballs from there.

    I agree with the majority. I was in the same boat you were when I first came here and there will be times when you will get good advice, but for the most part, expect to get flamed. But if you post, make the following perfectly clear.

    Explain your reasons for doing what you did on a particular hand and ALWAYS post your hand history. Without it, you're going to get a GTFO and non-serious comments from the forum.

    And explain what your question is about the hand.

    Now, with that BS out of the way, to address your post.

    While it is true that there are many idiot trolls around this site who waste everyones time, there is an enormous amount of free info here at P5's and you can learn a lot of info about what it takes to be successful in MTT's. I highly recommend the strategy archives section. GL.

    GL! Check the archives for lots of great learning info here. Also don't be that guy begging/asking for swap on AIM, MSN, etc. (just thought I'd say this).
