Installation problem with new PP software

    Anybody know what's wrong? I downloaded the update and the box pops up that just says "Installation..." then it goes away and nothing happens, meanwhile the little tab at the bottom of my screen says "party poker Setup" and I have to end the process because nothing happens.

    i am having the EXACT same problem, the tab remains at the bottom, yet i get a pop up that says it experiecned an error and option to send error report or not...hope someone knows how to fix this

    Uninstall party poker totally, redownload from the website, and do a fresh install. Had to this myself

    i just did this and when trying to redownload and install it an error comes up saying:

    "INcorrect file size, please try and download this file again."

    it says this, over, and over, and over....

    any ideas?

    I installed a certain kind of firewall and had to uninstall it, I guess PP wasn't able to scan my hard drive. Dunno tho, gl.

    After uninstalling, I restarted and then the install worked fine.
