What other program or scripting tool did you use?

They saw something or you wouldn't have gotten this email and been locked out. People win 2 tourneys all the time.

Looks to me that PT3 with HUD would be OK according to #4 from the FT e-mail.

Maybe you have something running in the background that sent up a red flag?

So, does this mean Full Tilt is aware of software that can make you see holecards, or manipulate the shuffle??? I really don't see other reasons to investigate you after winning 2 tournies...

If I was able to see hole cards, I would be playing $26 - $50 tourneys and playing 1/2NL.????

I suppose the solution is just not to win. Just playin, if you have nothing to hide I am sure they will do their investigation and let you get back to playing. GL.

People, you should be worried about this.... YES, it has happened to all "POKERHOUND" users, which is not my concern....my concern is that once Full-Tilt say that a program is OK to use, then decide to say it isnt without any warning! IS TOTALLY WRONG....pokerstars banned the ICM calc in pokerhound but gave all users a 2mth grace and the programmer to come up with an option that Stars would be happy with, and as it turned out, the new program is approved by Stars...but Full-Tilt has gone and ban all accounts and taken funds without warning......

These sites have everyone by the nuts and there is nothing you can do about it. What if Full-Tilt, Stars decided one day that HEM or PT3 was ilegall and insta close accounts and funds......amazing....

Final correspondence from Full Tilt. If any one has money on that site, I strongly recommend withdrawing it.
In short, Full Tilt gave no prior warning, they cancelled my account, and they confiscated my funds. They did it after three years of affiliation with Full Tilt, approval by Full Tilt of PokerHound, and three years of collecting rake from my considerable amount of play on their site.

Note: The only NEW rule of yours that my software breaks is ICM calculations and maybe the linguistic rendering of simple Pot-Odds and simple Push/Fold advice. Full Tilt previously had no issue with ICM calculators, Pot Odds Calculators, or simple Push/Fold calculators.

When Stars changed their ICM rules, they contacted me, granted a grace period to my clients, and worked with me to approve a special non-ICM version for Stars usage.

You, on the other-hand, have confiscated the money I had deposited. Froze the accounts of several customers. Slandered my name and business. AND Done all of it without any prior notice.

Good Job Full Tilt. If you were in Canada, I'd phone the police.

1. My website sells a product called PokerHound . It is an advanced statistical Tracking program. My website also provides a forum for product and Poker related discussion.

2. Players have sent me funds for the following purposes:

a. To purchase PokerHound

b. To provide support for services such as personalized Technical support and Forum usage.

c. To provide VIP contributions because they are happy with the product and Forum services.

3. PokerHound does not use data other than what the user personally collects. It in fact has an option the user can check to exclude FT .tmp hand history files.

4. I have no relation to the players that have sent me funds other than as stated in #2 above.

My question: What is this all about. I have been selling PokerHound with Full Tilt's approval and as an affiliate since 2006. Why have you suddenly decided to suspend my account and everyone that has sent me funds in the past? I do not believe that you can legally take such an action.

I am being bombarded with emails from folks blaming me for their accounts being suspended. I will consult with my lawyer and take legal action, if this issue is not resolved immediately.

well done, i totally agree with you...and i didnt have any money on Full-tilt and i havent played there in over 3mths....

they should ban the software but not keep the money or close the accounts/

IMO I want the sites to ban any helping software, even sharkscope can give someone insight into other players skills that I think they should have to accumulate on their own. ANything with a HUD that gives advice as to call raise fold is basically automated ghosting, and shoudln't be allowed. However, it is unfair to allow something for a period and then without warning decide to ban it and any players who are using it. Of course they'll stick to their "it's your responsibility to read the ToC every 5 minutes to see if there are any changes" crap so a lot of people will get screwed. Honestly FTP could put in their ToC that no player is allowed to play more than 1 table at a time and breaching that can result in ban and confiscation and noone would read it before they start up a session and bam, banhammer. Obviously they woudlnt do this since it would force them to ban most of the players but you get my drift. They can do anything and noone can stop them, best thing to do is err on the side of caution with them and if they ban certain software aids then be safe and just dont use any.

this may sound paranoid but based on this thread, who knows....

any problem with OPR???

pokertracker 3 has the option to scan tables for the most profitable table, which according to the email you posted, is against their TOS. i think all tracker programs should be banned imo

Yes it was. If Full Tilt has the absolute right to make final decisions, and you agreed to that when you singed up, and they say that you are cheating with your software....ergo. you are cheating. Stop cheating and you will be ok.
