  1. What is an average ITM% for the top pro's?

    JohnnyBax, Gbmantis, ActionJeff, etc....

Does it seem like they're winning every which way because of sheer volume, or do they actually place in the majority of their MTT's? Any big name pro want to respond with an ITM%? Just trying to get an idea.... thanks.
  2. roughly 15% for most ranked players plus or minus 3% I would bet

obviously they don't place in the majority of their mtts, that would be ridiculous.

  3. For your reading pleasure...ITM average is 20% I would say...but that is not the important #...it ROI.<A target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.officialpokerranking.com/">

for example.....since actionjeff(jeff1187 on dise) has been hot recently......his ITM is 18% but his ROI is 108%.
My own ITM is 17% but my ROI is 20%....so the important # is ROI and not ITM. You can be ITM and 25% and still lose money.
  4. One thing ive noticed is the correlation between ROI and ITM isnt quite what youd think... meaning making the money isnt near as important as how deep you go when u do finish in the money....there are many players in the low buy in events that have 19% itm but are losing players conversely the same can go for 13% itm players that are very profitable
  5. dise is one of my worse sites although I've been doing well recently

my overall ITM for this year: ITM: 19.18%

thats with a 200% ROI so pretty solid

last year my ITM was 3% lower. Interesting, I think. Probably related to me doing lots and lots of rebuys now, where itm% is much higher.

  6. According to tournament reporter my ITM is 35% ish, not sure what my ROI is. I agree with above about no correlation. I am constantly finishing in the teens in higher buy in tourneys yet struggle to make the final tables. I KKNOW I tighten up to much near the money even if my stack size is good and I suffer after the bubble by not having the room to make moves as the final table approaches.

  7. How does OPR and TR calculate your ROI without knowing the rebuy and add-on amounts? ITM means nothing to me.
  8. I'm 31% for year but 90% are 20% paid micros if it was 10% be like 15%...that hurt my brain
  9. Also missing 2 final tables of mine, these are in mircos so its undertandable, but the one ft they have on me is in a freeroll?

Not to accurate if u ask me.
  10. TR does not pick up the rebuys. I would say my ITM is way over 60% in the PP 30r.
