    people are waaaay over re-acting to this. There is no way that they are going to be able to stop you from playing. They are just trying to make it harder to deposit money in online gambling accounts. And even with that, small banks have already said that they have no way to be able to track this.

    Also, it is going to be close to a year before any of this goes into effect.
