1. I predict that anyone who named themselves as a breakout player will be hit by a bus. They won't die but will be pretty messed up and will have plenty of time to play poker while recovering, this will lead to a breakout year. Strange that is exactly what they wanted the entire time.

Due to the recent spate of one and two vehicle collisions involving buses across the country, and spattering of cases around the globe, local police will cooperate with federal authorities in concert with local and state authorities abroad to investigate the apparent spike in accidents. Through vigorous investigation, a couple of tips, and a bit of luck, they will successfully uncover a plot by an individual posting on internet poker forums under the name "Passiveplay" to do bodily harm to a list of individuals whose online handles were found scrawled across pieces of paper, napkins, walls, and other miscellaneous objects around his house.

Despite a lengthy and hotly contested court trial process, investigators and prosecutors were never able to determine any reasonable motive outside of a obscure thread in an online poker forum in which the victims posted excitement about their prospects in the coming year. Regardless, prosecutors were able to establish the guilt of the perpetrator beyond the reasonable doubt of the present jury members.

In the end, "Passiveplay" was found to have exerted almost all of his energy throughout the year to this endeavor. He had spent countless hours studying the traveling habits and local bus systems of his marks, sabotaging their personal vehicles and those belonging to the bus systems, and ensuring that minimal collateral damage was done. He invested dollar upon dollar into this new passion of his, obliterating his entire online poker bankroll in order to see it through to the end.

For all his effort, in the end the man had nothing to show for it, other than a new place to stay, with some rather unsavory new roommates. But every time someone asked about it, he held his head high, proudly stating that his prediction was the one to hold true and he would never regret it.

only once? you must be new.

Just read through urbandictionary's various definitions of "tool" and there's only one that could conceivably be used to describe TLR:

"7. tool:
a fake person."

Not in the disingenuous way either, he's as genuine as they come. He just does shit that most humans aren't naturally inclined to do, like shipping a 100r for like 19k and then firing up a $2 superturbo at 4am and FT-ing it.

Edit: In before Francis finally enters the top 100 next Weds

Def this. Audiopulse is a beast.
25. I've got to give a shoutout to Matt "grinkem" Grinkevich to have a breakout 2011. He's ending 2010 on a high note, final tabling both the $32k and $35k guarantee on FTP. Grinkem recorded a 3rd and 4th place finish for a combined $6,700 payday. He is a true low-mid MTT grinder and I'm predicting big scores for 2011! GL grinkem!
26. PokerToronto (sustainable on UB) will win a couple majors this year, climb up the HSMTT ranks into the top 100, and be a force to be reckoned with in 2011.
27. leggggggggggggggggy, Riverloser, and/or TheBeat

28. Have to check out my boy, Andy Korby (a P5er that needs to login and update his account) playing under runsonfire on UB and shipitbich on FT. Just 2 days ago he took two tourneys in the same night on UB. And in the last 5 days or so has had at least 5 final tables. Look for him to have an outstanding 2011 after soaring late in 2010!
