  4. lol, ok, well at what point is my stack too large for it to be +EV to shove? Anything 15 bbs or under is it a standard shove with A/J suited or not?

  5. depends on the situation somewhat, but with M<10 you're pretty much in push/fold mode.

    Edit: maybe to elaborate: let's say you raise to 300, committing more than 1/4 of your stack. Are you just gonna lay down to a reraise all in? If the answer is no, then you may as well push yourself since you may get hands to fold that would have pushed to a smaller raise (AQ, small/medium pp come to mind) and are a favourite against yours - but even if they're not, you're better off picking up the blinds than racing 60/40. Basically you're applying your fold equity to the max by shoving.
