Nothing imo. With the possible exceptions being either, he is EXTREMELY tight, or is extremely predictable post flop. (won't represent a Q, K or A when it comes if he just has trash). I'll assume you have no reads though since none were mentioned, in that case I believe you made the right play and its not very close in my mind. -
Start by not posting your entire hand and give us as much information as you can.

As far as the actual hand, it really wasn't that bad. You could make an argument for flatting pre since you have 45 BBs and there are no antes, but you are playing 6 max and the raise is coming from a likely steal position from the HJ and the SB called and you don't really want to play JJ 3-ways so your 3-bet was definitely defensible. Once you got 4-bet shoved on it is hard to fold JJ getting 3:2.

Thanks for the tip with regards to the format in which I post my hands
Char my problem here is that when I raise only jj+ and ak is shoving me here ( no reads on player)
I think when he flats i have his range crushed but he didnt do that,
In general I have started to notice many spot in poker (this is one of them) where when you raise pre you only get action when you are beat and fold out worse hands, this is why I dont 3bet jj and aq much and rather flat unless I have reads or stack dynamics indicate i should do so otherwise -
I prob flat here vs avg players, but versus players that tend to spew, Ill def 3 bet induce etc. If u think opponent is unlikely to 4 bet u light always flat here. If u have like 35bbs or less, its a easy 3 bet. If u flat pre and that flop comes out ill prob float flop and see what he does on turn and re-evaluate and chk back if he doesn't c bet
