I think you played this perfectly. IMO Maybe raise a little more preflop but other than that you played it fine.

The only major complaint I have is what software produced that crappy hand history? And wouldn't a min raise push it to only 580? Or is one forced to double the previous bet, instead of the previous raise?

that would be a copy/paste from absolute. i raised it to 350, put in 640 plus his small blind to make it 700.
