So ive been trying to re-open my Neteller account that got closed because the couldnt verify my identity last year. I didnt even bother going thru the hassel the first time i tried to sign up because i just went to Firepay which was quick and easy. But now that Firepay has closed its doors ive had to switch back to Neteller.
Well its been about 2.5 weeks and all ive done is jump through hoops for them after numerous emails and phone calls with support. Here is a time line of events.
10/06- Call support to find out why account was closed. Informed to send SS card and Drivers license to admin@neteller.com by phone support.
10/09- Call to see if they have reviewed my documents only to be informed by the same phone support # that they didnt recieve my documents and i was supposed to send the documents to certifyme@neteller.com
10/14- Documents recieved by Neteller however now they need a bank statement showing my address. I call support and explain that i do online banking and can print a statement out and fax it to them, support says OK.
10/18- Email from Neteller saying that they need me to resend the bank statement in COLOR....adkljgkaldjgkljkajdgaj
10/23- Email from Neteller saying that they do not accept online bank statements and they need one that is mailed to my house. OMG I WANT TO KILL MYSELF
Has anyone else had to jump through these hoops as well? Its getting ridiculous how i call support and they cant give me the correct information on what i need to send to them. adkjglaksdjgklajdg
