    I have played at ub for 5+ years under 1 account. I recently tried to withdrawal 4k (obv brag post). Now i have made 40-50 withdrawals in the last 5 years without any problems (very lucky obv). this is the most i have withdrawn 2-3k few times but 4k is the most and it set off red flags with ub security. they cancelled the withdrawal and froze my transfer ability until i send them copies of ID plus copy of the credit card used to fund netteller. Netteller? wtf i havent used netteller in over 2 years...i still have the same credit card and im not hiding anything but my question is....Should i send copy of credit card?> do i have any choice?

    Only send them proof for verification if you want to cash out. They have the right to request this.

    UB wanted information from me after 20 epassporte withdraws. I e-mailed them that I don't see any reason for this and just put the withdraw through again and it went through.

    Go ahead and jump through the hoops and send the information and just realize UB doesn't like withdrawalss!!!!

    I can't think of one reason to do a security check after so many withdrawals as long as information was not changed.(Address change or e-mail change) The only reason is to get the money back in your account so you can GAMBLE with it and they make more money!!!

    yeah same info addy nothins changed just wondered if anyone else has had to send the credit card part..
