    So im playing a 6 hands SNG on FTP. We are 3 handed and the big stack maniac is folding an awful lot to to the small stack and I get suspicious. So I pull up the head to head on Sharkscope and it confirms they are most likey colluding.

    I told them if they let me win I wouldnt report them. Obv Not true, but they procede to dump it to me. Pretty funny but I feel kinda dirty. Should I?

    And yes I did report them right away.

    nice this same shit happenned to me about 2 months ago on FT also but i ended up bubbling. the 2 idiots couldnt be more obvious and I reported and about a month later Full tilt credited me with 130bucks or something. it was in a 33 + 3

    Honestly? maybe a little, I agree they should be reported and I realize that you were going to report them anyway. But to be honest I would feel bad doing this, what about the other 3 guys that got cheated and didnt get anything?

    Don't get be wrong this isn't a flame, just answering your question, I hope they get banned a result of you reporting them.</span>

    It's not dirty at all. It just provides more evidence that they are colluding and was actually a smart way to out them. Very well done. As far as the other players that were cheated that is not your responsibility and hopefully full tilt will compensate them.

    Eyeknows.. that is what I was thinking. The OP shouldnt have said anything. I might have said this.. "You guys are colluding and I am going to report both of you to FTP" and then I wouldnt have said anything more.

    If they dumped the chips off to him, FTP could interpret that the 2 colluders chip dumped to him for fear he would out them.

    Good question. By saying what I said to them I basically scared them into giving it to me. They didn't have to do it, but they did.

    Collusion is an agreement, usually secretive, which occursbetween two or more persons to deceive, mislead, or defraud others oflegal rights, or to obtain an objective forbidden by law typicallyinvolving fraud or gaining an unfair advantage and can involve "wagefixing, kickbacks, or misrepresenting the independence of therelationship between the colluding parties.

    I did nothing secretive. Everything was in the chat box for all parties to read. You could interperet this many diff ways. I could see how you could call this collusion.
