    Switched from UB to FT for obv. reasons about four months ago. Received a phone call and email from UB offering the freeroll if I deposit a $1000. Any opinions?

    except when you cashout they tell you it takes 10 days. after 10 days they tell you 15-17 days. then when it still doesnt come they ask if you want the money put back into your account and wont send via courier free of charge for the inconvenience

    This certainly isn't the norm. Their cashout process has to be one of the best online.

    I would say UB/AP is trying pretty hard and worth a <strike>second</strike> <strike>third</strike> another shot.

    Yeah cashouts are very fast on UB. Not sure what phony website you're referring to in this post.

    Actually, ive never had a cashout take more than 6 days (last one was 6, usually it is 4-5) by normal check.

    Best cashouts in the business. Ordered a payout last Tuesday night at 8pm, Fed Ex was knocking on my door Thursday at noon. I would take the deal, worth giving them another shot imo, the new guys in charge are doing the right things trying to get this train wreck turned around. Good luck.

    Thanks....that is fast. Seems like most people still don't trust UB. Software was having some problems when I was playing.

    I don't know who's more unpopular UB or Cory Zeidman.

    Yeah they get bashed all the time, alot of peeps have a very good reason to do this. I was pretty disgusted myself with all the shit that happened.
    Software issues also use to drive me crazy, I must have said F UB and quit 5 separate times. Software issues not an issue anymore. The new team in charge really does seem to be working hard at righting the ship. Going to take a hell of alot to get people to trust them again. I would love to get Russ Hamilton alone for about 5 minutes that fucking scumbag.
    Still alot to do, but they are working hard on it and seem to be getting it right so far. I got one of those deals myself last year when I had quit the site for an extended period. It was a $530 dollar seat for a 2k deposit.

    Don't think that's the spirit of the offer. I assume they would want me to continue to play do to the fact that I am receiving value from them. However, you're right in that there are no conditions to the offer.

    If you don't want to play there, make damn sure there is no stipulation that you need to play X number of hands/whatever before you can cashout, if no such stipulation exists, deposit, play that shit, then cashout as others have said obv.

    there is a stipulation as to playing so many hands. i would find out what that is first. if there isnt they just changed this.

    There are no stipulations on the amount of hands you play. I have received offers like this 3 or 4 times.

    My only point would be this: If you take the offer and then cash right out don't expect them to ever give you an offer like this again.

    today is the 17th day i have been waiting for my check from UB. i cant speak for anyone but myself. to top it off when i msg'd live support they told me to hold while they pull up my account and just never got back to me. apparently not only do you have to wait 17 business days for a check, but you also have to wait 17 business days for live chat to pull up your account info

    That sucks man. I have found nothing but great service from the chat feature. You have to be patient with them on the chat, but they always have come through for me.

    I am curious if there are stipulatons or conditions to this offer so I tried calling their sales department three times (recommended number in their email). I got music and then disconnected all 3 times. Oh well. I did email them the same question.

    I generraly get a check every week from them and it is here in 7 days or less. Have you had problems getting checks from them in the past?
