    It took a handful of deposits before cheapest sng's and cash games became more or less breakeven for me, and then another year to start beat sng's and another year or so before things really started making sense. but read and watch a lot and you can cut down on the number of times you reload before the roll blossoms.

    I put $55 into stars and turned into over $500 in the last month so it def can be done.i did terrible on tourneys, 1.10- $11 which kinda stunted the growth, however I found the 2c/ 5c and 5c/10c cash pretty damn easy.If u dont mind grinding. stick with cash if ur a decent cash player IMO.the micro stakes tourneys are a bit too crazy at times and can lead to long losing streaks if ur running bad whereas i think u can control the variance a bit more in cash games by exercising pot control.

    The payouts on stars tourneys are typically very top heavy. meaning if you cant final table a 2000 man tourney over 100 or so mtt's then ur bankroll will be well hit unless your consistently going out late in most tourneys. the 20c rakes on standard structure $1 games is just too big to plan to grind it out on them sng's imo. but if u think u can do it go for it.Hope this helps.gl.
