  1. what do you do here? no reads just got to the table.. also after you give me your input on what action i should take, and given that its a $3 mtt on stars, what calling range do you give the sb (not really worried about the initial raiser at this point) there to a 3bet thats not a shove (which i really really dont think i should do based on my stack and villains') as well as a calling range based on me shoving.. thanks

  2. I've thought about this hand for a few minutes b/c my feelings changed about different lines and I wasn't sure what was optimal (tbh I'm still unsure).

definitely seems like a raise/get it in spot, but I hate calling a 4-bet shove from either players w/ no reads so I'm prob just shipping in 23bb's and gl.

I think I'm overthinking this hand a ton b/c I've been playing a lot of live MTT's where you can take so many different lines depending on your opponents tendencies. I'm probably leaking when playing online b/c I think everyone is light and I'm like "I have a pair in the BB against a BTN raise and flat, allin"
  3. shove

  4. any other thoughts from anyone

for me, i need 15 to 1 implied odds to play a speculative hand or baby-mid pair especially out of position. u do have that in this hand(barely). so i think calling is a possibility. i wouldnt fold tho. so i feel like it is between raising and calling.

if u raise, do u plan on folding to a reraise? if so i would just call. i hate taking a hand with some value and turning it into a bluff. have any of these villians folded to 3bets recently? raising also ballons the pot out of position if they flat u. i hate playin big pots out of position in a marginal spot.

calling keeps the pot small and puts a minimum investment in a spot where if u hit a set u can double up or better. i think this is a better spot to call in than to raise. u get off cheap if u miss completely. u can also make a move at the pot if u sense weakness post flop and that would be cheaper than 3betting preflop and then cbetting. the down side of calling here is that the hand continues where a 3 bet preflop could end it right there.

i usually err on the side of caution. so i feel like calling is best in this spot.

    you're overthinking this. shove.

  7. With no reads shove.
  8. Def.. call the way i see it.. you save yourself chips in the long run. If you nail the flop then jam. But a shove here you may get a call that you dont want.. ofcourse you also have to think about 77.... + Ak AQ even AJ.. all which hurt you. I mean you only have 66.. call and see the cards then determine how you play it.. However if you have some weak players here.. then a 3 bet may be a good move.. but i dont like the play most of the time b/c if they are soft playing anything some1 is coming over the top and then you have to fold!
  9. I'm probably folding this to a single raise in EP w/o reads and based upon stack sizes...but with the biggish stack flatting behind we have solid stack and dynamic to squeeze. So I'm shoving in this spot a decent % of the time.

  10. I'm shipping it
