  2. That was a redic allin you had over 40 BB you should have 3 bet. and you can call a shove but to just shove over the top for 24 k that just unnessary and very very bad way to play cowboys first of all you want action with KK and that bet is really scaring alot of hands that you have dominated away do not be afraid to play post flop, that all in you did WAY to many chips. 3 bet.

  3. I agree that the all in was to much. I would have 3 bet, and probably call a shove. His AK missed the flop and also missed the turn. So you would have taken the pot down with post flop play. But as played sick river.
  4. This is a great way to play KK if you know he's gonna call with less than AA.

but yeah, since you don't know this its just horribad. The effective stacks here are ~55bbs. TBH, I probably smooth call here since we're both so deep, and hope someone tries to squeeze and the villian 4bets-then a 5 bet shove is fine.

Even if you smooth call and you get heads up, the strength of you hand is totally disguised and y ou can play it cautiously if an A flops.

But this isn't necessary. Teh standard way to play it is simply three bet.
  5. Thanks guys.

  6. i HATE a smooth call there out of position villager. a 3 bet there out of position is the absolute right play.

  7. There's certain times for making large outrageous shoves like this can be very profitable, it's kind've player dependant though. I rather 3 bet to like 3600 or something and then obvioulsy call a shove, or just play poker postflop. Given how deep you are and the fact that you'll be OOP I think you have to 3bet.

  8. I dont think that there is anyway you smooth call with a third player in the pot. Maybe if there is a HU situation but not with another player in the pot. 3 bet is best.
