I spoke with him tonight and he has all intentions of paying you guys back. He went as far as fwd'ing his paradise poker transaction emails to me so I know who gave him what and when. I told him the best way to pay it all back is to give an even amount to each at one time as he has the money and he agreed. Is this cool with you guys? (I figured it's the only fair way to distribute the cash so everyone involved gets something) I promised him I would not give his address, phone # or any other info about him as long as he is true to his word and makes an honest effort to pay back everyone that he scammed. I also said I would make it public knowledge if I found he was scamming again or not honoring his debts. He is pretty scared that someone is going to track him down and hurt him so I did assure him as long as he is honest from now on that noone will seek him out.
Hopefully this will be put behind us for good and we all learned a lesson here...including NLP.
Sorry for the no spacing...Netscape. Peace! DJC
