  1. Here's a hand I wanted to get some opinions on. We're in the money, down to three tables in a $5 rebuy on Stars. The table has generally been aggressive, with frequent reshoves. No particular reads on the raiser or shover though.
If I call and win I'll be in the top 3 in chips, and if I lose I'll be v. short. What's your play?

    Thanks for the help

  2. Serious?

  3. yes, i do in fact donk off with AK in this spot and pray i win the race or he misses the Q with his AQ.
  4. A raise and a 12BB Shove? Im arr in !!!!!
  5. I think you answered your own question with the info in the OP, but shove.
  6. your not playing to conserve/sit on your chip stack, your going for the win. Call and hope you win the flip. He prob flips over JJ
  7. Thanks for the responses. I tend to always call with AK in the early stages, unless there are two or more shoves ahead of me and I have a particular read - but I'd been wondering if that is the best play this late.

    SFThis.
  11. Pretty sure this isn't the big 5rb like you guys are thinking, it's the 2rb 1add....

To answer your question yes OP I tend to always call off or over push here especially if the opponents have any clue late in a tourny because they should be raising and pushing a very wide range. AK is the nuts deep in a tourny!!!! perhaps thats why I've been knocked out in 10th - 15th in my last few deep runs!!!
  12. I think its more funny that the amount of people saying to ship and hope to win the "flip" have no clue what the 12bb stacks range is.
