    My friend came across this spot on the river in the $55 40k and wants some thoughts on the best action on the river. only reads on villain - has been somewhat loose/fishy, opinions please!!

    i would flat the river. Not a lot of hands you get paid off by here. Although i think it's fairly close. If had a read that the villain was slightly spewy then raise might be the right play, otherwise I just flat.

    This is pretty close with the big(ger) bet on the river. JT,(once in a great while a slow played set) is in villains range. I would need evidence of villain spewing in this type of spot. An ok player pays off with only A 10, K10, an Q10.

    Im guesssing hero has 97 btw.

    if I was the hero and I made a straight on the river i would simply call. As the bb prolly has the nutz or A10 possibly even K10
