    [SIZE=2]just wondering how most of you guys at midstakes are playing this? what are you guys doing differently if anything? i find myself in spots like these alot vs. randoms with no history where i wonder if im missing value from draws/worse pairs on the turn and possibly worse pairs on the river? run thru ur play street by street and your logic to go along with it.[/SIZE]

    Missed some value on the turn I think. Its prob the best card you could ask for besides another Q. So if you are continuing with the hand on the flop you have to continue on the turn. As played, I would prob get it in on the river.

    you played it fine..his bet sizing leads me to believe he prob doesnt have a K, maybe 8s or some mid pair..you could make an argument for raise/call on turn, but i think its played fine

    I flat all streets given the size of his bets. His line represents some 8s as well as some kings, so I think its kind of meh to go for a thin value raise without any reads or history with this player. I like the way the hand was played.

    ty for all the responses but i was kinda hoping for a street by street breakdown... like
    flop im flatting because his range here is huge, im expecting him to be check raising most kings in this spot
    turn im flatting again because theres a possibility he has a king and i dont want to raise/call off here... i want to allow him to bluff rivers in the occurance hes drawing, also allowing myself to make value from worse pairs on the river if he checks to me
    river i flat the same bet as the turn cuz it just screams like a call me bet... i almost wanted to raise here for value but i didnt think hed call with worse as often as hed show up with a king...

    how bout some logic with your answers? think a little... create some discussion

    i actually raise flop and hope to take it down there. probably not any more chips in the pot from me if flatted and def not if raised (unless i improve) but sometimes if i think theyre weak i ll fire turn too. shitting on weak leads is very profitable at teh midstakes even when you dont have a premium pre

    yea i got exactly 1.4 on river before he bets... in retrospect i think by jamming for only 1k more he'll call with hands i beat, if he got Kx nh gg ul etc, but i felt like there was a lot of ways to go here it wasnt so cut and dry. i think theres a lot of value left out there by most people and it adds up, thats why i was wondering here. more opinions plz.
