  1. I've been playing 1/2 Live cash games casually for about 2 years. I have built small little bankroll of over 3,000 from playing live. I started playing online about a year ago and dumped 200$ in one night playing 1/2. I have then just barely put any of my bankroll online other than to play micro stakes. In the last year I have dumped probably 800$ on my online account to play .05/.1 and .1/.25 NLHE cash games.

I can goto our local casino boat and beat the game 3/4 nights, but online is much more convenient with school/work/family.

Three months ago I started to play more seriously online. I even did a bankroll building strategy, but every time I try to move up limits I get dominated and go way back down. I'm looking for tips at the transitioning phase between going up limits. I am very confident when I play live, however, when I play online I feel at a disadvantage. Any tips for transitioning from the live to online setting ( more than the basic stuff that I have learned over 50k hands lol).
  2. online is a much different game and much much tougher

when ever i go to a 1/2 game in a casino the standard open is usually between 10-15 and youll get good action too. online you almost never see anyone with a standard raise greater than 3x

which means its much harder to get value when u pick up a hand and u have to get much better at deep stacked post flop play
