I consider myself to be a very successful poker player... Having started playing .05/.10 nl with friends junior year of high school, i've since moved up and worked a bankroll from nothing to almost 10k ... most of this has come from playing with the same friend who i began playing with... we now play a .25/.50 nl game that plays more like 1/2 nl...
My question is what is so different about live cash games and online cash games... for some reason i cannot focus on cash games when i play online... even when playing up to 8 tables at a time i get extremely bored... although i can sit through an 8 hour live session no problem...
I think the actual interaction with players might have something to do with it but i have had little success in cash games online with much better success live... I think the ability to run boards twice or chop pots is a big part of my game and i can avoid bad situations by steering a hand my way...
any suggestions on how to beat online cash games a little easier, as i am starting to get bored of playing micro mtt's and sng's and would like to start make some real money playing online cash games.
