  1. I was playing live earlier today and I just got killed on this one hand that maybe I could have played different, but I was tryin to get all the money in the middle. I was small blind with 4050 blinds are 50/100. There's a UTG limper and then the button limps ( both have similair stacks around 6k UTG guy had liitle more I think not by much) I pick up AK off in SB i raise to 350. They both call. UTG player weak for sure as I've played with him before. Button strong player in my mind. Flop come KK10 two diamonds. I dont mess around I bet 500 lookin for some action but didnt want to give free card. UTG player (weaker player calls) button folds. Turn 7 diamonds board read KK107 three diamonds. I think and I check...he leads for 1000. I think for awhile he might have caught the flush, but in the end I just didnt think he had it. I raise all for another 2700. He thinks checks his cards calls he has JJ with J diamonds river 8 diamonds. YUCK!!!! COuld I have done ne thing wrong I thought I got where I needed to be with money in him huge dawg. Shoudl I still have tryed and pushed him off to not win as much or not lose????? All opinions welcome.

  2. You want that call...all day, everyday. He's drawing to 2 J's and 6 remaining diamonds (can't hit the A or the 10 cuz it'll make you a boat), That's 8 outs, making him 16% to hit the river. If you don't like being an 84% favorite going to the river with all your money in then I suggest betting more on the flop and pushing the turn.
  3. Yea I know that why I wanted the money in... It just SUCKS that it had to happen that way. He couldn't Hit the A107 cause it would have paired the board. So he drawin real slim...I mean I have had worse beats, but for some reason the way this one unfolded it just made me feel sick.
