• girlfriends that sit behind their man while they play and do nothing at all but sit for over an hour or two.

• dealers that do extra stuff that takes way too long,... like slowly flip the cards, or collect antes HELLA slow, shit like that. Theres this one dealer that points to everyone individually and says "quarta quarta quarta quarta" for the 25 ante.
• people that talk about online poker at live games...
• people that speak in online terms at live games
• people that verbally say acronyms.

online poker tilts me much more than live.

Most of my live playing is in pub leagues, and the two biggest hates of mine are:

- Announcing that they will be going all-in blind next hand, no matter what.
- The dealer for the hand dealing the River on a pivotal hands, knowing that any (name suit here) or any particular card fills a flush or straight, turning it so only they can see it and then showing everybody else

Oops, should have been more clear. I meant the combination of both the shades and iPod; I think it's fine to listen to music at the table and sometimes do it myself. Something about both of them together drives me crazy.

the girlfriend thing doesn't make me as mad as it does sad for the poor girl who has to be bored out of her mind. i often find the men they are with to be the super aggro (not poker style) type who gets up and screams, claps there hands after winning a hand

chatterbox directly to your left who tells the same bad beat story 13 times during a session

i love when the girlfriends get dragged with, makes it 10x funnier when the guy gets felted.

my 2 biggest are when someone limps on the button thus ruining the chop, or when someone denies a chop and then checks the hand down and has like KJo or something

Can't believe no one has said this: Players who are rude to the dealers. Players who are rude in general. I can't stand people with no manners. Just shouting shit out. "Change the deck" "Bring me a Bud Light" The worst I saw was when this grumpy old redneck calls down this sweet old lady who bluffed a pot size bet on the river. She says "you win, I have nothing." He berated her and forced her to show her hand, completely embarrassing her.

Case in point:

Playing a local yokel tournament. Down to 12 bb's, same guy who limps every pot limps from ep, I shove without looking he tanks forever and finally finds the courage to call with his well played A9o. I say, "got you dominated" and flip 73o. I turn a 7 and double up and he flips out. I can see the steam coming off his head for an hour until I raise his blind, we check an A-K-x flop, he bets turn I shove, and he super-snapcalls with the same A9o garbage. I flip up AK and he flips out again saying, "THERE'S NO FUCKING JUSTICE!!"

Actually there is, you played both hands like shit and lost both hands.

I've played alot live, played more live hands then some of you have played online hands. I have seen it all - almost.

Probably the one thing that gets me is the FOLDING.

They fold out of turn causing a domino effect when its still utg's turn to act.

They open fold on the flop UTG after limping in, what crap did you limp that you're just going to fold when you can check!?!

They take forever to fold cause they want to show the person on there right how their QTs missed the whole board, "are you folding? look at this beautiful hand!" what?

I also hate people who raise to 3bbs or less..... In live cash poker a raise to $5 on a 1/2 nl table IS NOT a raise, it does not thin the field or add value to your hand, stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

random morons telling me "what they had me on" and trying to be so specific.

ex. when you open with like KK, a guy 3bets half his stack with like 66, you flat, it comes 6 7 2, you check, he shoves, you call. and he declares "man, when you raised i put you on two big cards, no idea you were that strong"
