  4. i am currently having a problem alot like yours. I get an email saying that I had insufficient funds in my account, I goto my accout and every deposit I have made to FTP has gone through, i seand an email telling them none of the deposits have been rejected. FTP still hasnt got back to me.

  6. I would prob take my email out of OP...and if you didnt know how bad FTP support sucks then now you do...I love when they just stop responding to your emails though, it makes you really feel like you are a valued customer...they could give a fuck about you, now you know that...
  7. i emailed support a couple of days ago because the $6 and $12 90 man KOs were not showing up in my lobby. only the $3 and $24 were. support stated that if the tourneys are not popular, they will remove them. obv, the tourneys were not removed. for some strange reason, the tourneys only appear when i click on favorites. weird.

    on a bright note, i did get a response back within a couple of hours
     
  8. maybe when he sent the email at 4:06 he had not yet seen the email from Instadebit. Thats all I can hope.

    It did seem like a fast reply and it came from cashier instead of security even though it was the same guy cuz he was signing emails from both accounts as Fearghus.

    I did send emails to support, cashier and security....... and his last email there was in actual reply to one of my previous emails i see now.... which makes sense because the last email I sent him at 4:05 he couldn't have typed that last reply in 1 minute i don't think.

    So when sending that last reply i don't think he seen instadebits or my previous email from 4:05 yet......but still.... he must of seen them right after, realized I knew he was full of shit and then just ignored me. Don't really understand why they would stall this.

    take those two premises, put them together, whatcha got?

    FTP can't make money off you if your account is closed.

    FTP likes to make money.

    therefore, FTP cannot open your account for a good reason.

    I would assume the good reason is they have not gotten the email they need yet.

    Did you read my whole OP ? See the email below from Instadebit that fulltilt was CCed on.

    Normally I would agree that has to be the reason, but after this email below was sent to them and INSTADEBIT repeatedly telling me the email has been sent I am more inclined that the "good reason" is actually the gross incompetence of FTP.

    Someone has to be lying, either Instadebit or FTP, I lean far towards beleiving Instadebit. If all they had to do is send an email.......and they sent an email to FTP saying they already sent the email, not sure why they would make it up. DUCY?

    No.

    Im not happy because they are either being dishonest and/or incompetent in this exchange. I have no problem if their policy was " We will take 100 days to open your account back up after you have cleared up the situation " as long as that's what they communicated to me. But instead they are telling me that they have not been notified from the processor that I have cleared it up, even though the processor themselves emailed us on the same email confirming that I have cleared up the situation and that they have notified full-tilt. I am also not happy that they keep saying "it can take INSTADEBIT up to 10 days to notify us once your account issue is resolved" when apparently that is a completely false statement.

    So I am unhappy with false statements and incompetence that has been displayed by them in this matter. Not with any policy on how they deal with it.

    They can have any policy they wish, just tell me what the policy is so that I can do what I need to, or contact whomever's court the ball should be in. Don't just tell me that your waiting on INSTADEBIT to notify you when apparently that is not the case.

    Dishonesty and Incompetence is what I am not happy about.

  18. I'm totally not sticking up for Full Tilt in any way, but ive worked in the industry and they have some stupid practices that waste a lot of time. Full Tilt likely has a department, or a person designated to look over this portion of their business.

    There is likely a queue that agents have emails pushed from, or have to pull from. Considering it was going directly to theirt security department, they probably don't staff to a level that would allow them quick responses (we all know that FT hasnt put a lot of effort into their support).

    Think 500 emails coming into a queue, 8-12 lazy agents that are underpaid doing as little as possible. Common sense doesnt prevail in these situations...

  21. Fold pre (which in this case means make sure your accounts are in good standing BEFORE you deposit anything on FTP). As played you should wait the ten business days and see what happens. Seems pretty clear that they need more time to address your specific account.

    I get that this is really shitty, but some of the blame is on you here for screwing up in the first place.

  22. had a similar issue with ftp, they screwed up one of my deposits - or their payment processor did - they snap suspended my account because of their screw up, blamed it all on me and refused to reopen my account until i re sent the deposit request again. completely incompetent copy and paste canned emails from them back and forth. their support is beyond pathetic.
    ftp can SMD, LMB and GTFO.
