1. The table is incredibly deep stacked with the avg stack being b/t 1200 and 1800.The chip leader had around 4000. There is an avg of 4 to 5 people paying 25-30 dollars to see the flop. i have approx 430 in my stack when the following hand came up

two people limp and the player to my right makes it 15(in middle position). I have 34off and call. Two calls behind me including the button. the sb folds. The BB raises puting 70 in the pot. The first two limpers call as does the player to my right. i call and the two players behind me call. Off to the flop 7 handed.

pot = 350

flop 2 5 Q (two hearts)

The BB checks. The utg player bets 100. I take this player to be the weakest player at the table. the action fods around to me.

What is ur play? three people left to act behind u.

Thanks for the input. be back later for the conclusion
2. why are you playing such cruddy cards in a loose game like this... take advantage of their loose play by waiting for the right time/flops... not playing at their level of trying to grab an 8 outer.
3. Muck preflop... just because everyone else r callingstation doesn't mean u have to be one.

I'm not folding on that flop so I shove
4. and how does a pot with 7 players putting 70 dollars in contain 350 dollars. sick rake.
5. I agree with mtyd but you did play it so what should you do.....what kind of flop are you hoping for?? I think you pretty much got an ideal one, if you read the player as weak you should definitely push - there is no cold calling 100 in this situation its either muck or push with your stack
6. with your little stack size and the other deep stacks at the table, you should should wait for a great spot to double up before you start calling raises with 34 offsuit. no way you should even be calling 15 with 34off. come on man, borderline suited if you are feeling frisky, but just muck the 34 off especially to raise. obv when everyone calls the repop, you have proper odds to call so i understand your call even tho its sitll not a bad fold considering its like 20 % of your stack dude!.......all that being said.....you called with rags and hit the best draw you could hope for and since you are short you have no option but to shove all in, cold calling would be about as weak it gets with such little money you have.
7. Yeah I guess the shove will get you action and then you need to start praying because chances are at this point you are looking at 8 outs...but probably more like 6 ....and you dont have the stack behind you to make it rt for the guy not to call....any q will call you...heart draw....the only hands that will fold are probably pp 77-1010.....so rewind and dump that hand preflop....because I figure you are a huge dog....wait for a better spot......now of course I change my play if 3-4 players call the hundred ahead of me.....GL
8. "any q will call you...heart draw....the only hands that will fold are probably pp 77-1010....."

what???? if im holding a Q or a heart sitting behind this guy and its bet 100, raise all in to 360.....im not calling, and either should you.
9. well once the flop comes, you gotta ask, am i looking to make my hand and double up? or am i looking to take the pot down right here? or is this irrelevant?
10. Sounds like this game could be crushed by standard good poker.
So don't play 34.
Especially in a messy spot like this where you are likely to get repopped by AQ+ because you made the pot look juicy.
11. if you are gonna play 34o for 1/6th of your stack preflop and you hit the flop you have to shove it in.
1
12. i think they are one in the same at this point....you push hoping to take the pot down right there (7x70+100=approx 590 dollar pot) and it pretty much doubles you up without having to even make a hand. but if you happen to get called, then you obv pray to the gods
13. You should have never limped with that stack size. Once you limped you should have never called the raise with your stack size.

That being said, you should have got all your chips in on that flop.

If you are going to play speculative hands like that it doesn't matter how deep everyone else it. You have to be deep as well to get the implied odds to splash around like that.

With your stack, play tight and get it all in with a solid hand and double up. Then maybe you could play speculative hands like that.
14. please tell me where i can find a game like this?????
1
15. at any caisino.
16. I have played live many times and have never seen a table where someone is getting 20bbs in preflop with 34o
1
17. i have almost on a daily basis. in Tunica and any casino in Oklahoma.
18. Easy.
1) Don't play 43o unless you're getting 10-1 or so and are on the button.
2) If you do, shove here. If you lose its good advertising and you'll easily get your 400+ back with your rebuy AND SOLID POKER.

19. Whats the address of the Oak casino?
20. SO dude, what was the result? I bet that black ace came for u didnt it ;).
21. u put yourself in a shove mode...my advice fold 3/4 off preflop almost everytime in a loose game like that where you are short. you wasted $85 just to see a flop...you are def. still behind but may catch up, not likely though

<----------- i stopped reading here, does that answer your question?
23. You are gambling and it sounds like so is everyone else, so just call and try to get the other three players left to act to stay in the pot or to push so at least you'll make more money on your gamble - I don't think anyone is folding to your small stack push and I don't think you push out the flush draw. May as well try to get the pot as big as you can, fold a turn heart or push a turned A; then follow most everyone's advice and get back to solid poker, your image might get you even more money with solid hands at this table.
24. Ok, so he made a bad decision to play the 3-4 but now he's in the hand with 6 other people and has the open ender. I dont know if I would push here with his short stack. He'll get called by a queen or set right? So pushing only pushes hands away hands which might call the $100 but would fold to the 400 push. If you just call the $100 maybe 2 or 3 other people call it who would of folded to the push. Maybe people with pock 55, 66, 77, 99, TT, JJ, QRag all call the 100 but fold to the push...I would welcome their 100, build the pot as big as can be and hopefully triple up or more if I hit gin. If you push youre probably not taking the pot down right there anyways and now youre up against one person with around 900-1000 in pot. It's risky but I'd try to build a bigger pot here and pray.
25. also lots of games likes this in atlantic city casinos
26. Umm.... first I make a note to myself, "Always play against dtylerfritz"-----then I proceed to fold 34o every single time in a pot situated as you described.... This is funny---and an obvious shove btw......
