    I thought I would post this since there seems to be a lot of negative posts on this topic and my experience was positive. Last night at about I would say 10:00PM I emailed a picture of my ID to their Customer Service (with Account Verification in the subject and my username in the body). This morning at about 6:30AM I decided what the heck I will go see if I can withdraw funds. Sure enough it said I was able to withdraw funds. At 8:00AM I swung by my neteller account and the funds were already there. I know some people have had some problems but I thought I would share my experience.

    I also had no problems. You see a few complaints and little praise simply because people usually don't think to post when things go smoothly, which is almost all the time there.

    I'm glad that you have had a good experience. It's been 10 days, 5 emails and 2 live chats and I just got my verification email a couple hours ago. I still can't withdraw yet...

    I don't think they always verify that it went through becuase after the 4th day I sent in my ID and no verificaton from mansion I just withdrew and it went through no problems so maybe alot of people have had their id verified and they just don't know it.

    i am in the same boat as you. i wasn't even able to make the promotional bet because mansion locked my account and then refused to answer my emails until i followed up with a loud and unhappy email - and even then, i have still been waiting over a week for them to verify my driver's license so that i can take my funds off their site, uninstall their software, and completely forget mansion poker exists.

    I'm not giving up on Mansion, in fact I played a couple tournys there this week, but I still can't withdraw yet. Hopefully, since I finally received the email, the problem should be sorted out soon.

    I would Echo keedog . And say the same with me. Only diffrence is I faxed my ID and they sent me a verification email letting me know they recived it. In the email it said my ID should be verified within 72 hours. This was last night that I recived the email may i mention. Just like keedog I took a shoot at withdrawn to my netteller this morning. And it went through, about an hour later it was in my netteller account. Mansion is all good with me.

    I sent in my id verification the week before the Steeler's game and I was able to withdraw by the time of the game. I don't think I received an email stating that my verification was approved, but it obviously was.

    Everything went very smooth for me.

    everything went very smoothly for me as well -- i faxed them my id a day after the steeler promotion game and received an email that it would take 72 hours to verify -- i never got an email stating it was verified but i was able to easily withdraw funds a week later (the 1st time i tryed)

    also, the rep on the phone was very helpful when i called

    Agreed with Nat, Adam and the poster. I sent my ID scan in 3-4 days before the game, withdrew right after the game and had the funds by the next morning when I woke up (might have even been in earlier).

    Grrr... I finally got my ID cleared so that I could withdrawal the money, and know they are telling me that I need a copy of the credit card that I made my initial deposit with. What is really funny, or frustrating, is that the copy of my ID that I sent them had my credit card copies on the same page! I think this is the last straw. I'll be canceling my account with them as soon as I can get my money (if I can).

    Another great experience to report from me. The turnaround from when I clicked withdraw until the $ hit Neteller was less than an hour - the quickest I have had from any of the sites I play on.

    I am not a complainer, but it has been a long while since I have sent in my ID and credit card. I have had numerous follow up emails, and even sent it to them a second time. No Dice. I am a patient guy and very thankful for this promotion, but when does that turn into being pissed off and never wanting to use their site again? I am sure they have their hands full, but seriously, I could use the white meat....

    the problem I had wasnt that they were slow. they just forget to email you when your ID is processed.

    I waited over a week pissed off that they still didnt process my request. But I juts gave it a try and cashout worked. It probably worked the whole time and I was just stupid for not testing and waiting for their email

    MANSION OWNS. I had not problems and have made $200 on betting there since the $1000 event. Easy deposits and cashouts via neteller, and lightning quick!

    I also have had no bad issues what so ever from Mansion. I love the site, the cashouts are fast and the play is very soft. One of my favorite sites right now.
