    What a huge 10$ rebuy tonight on stars ... deep stacks big field .. good luck to everyone else in the tournament with me ... one of the best overlays in poker.

    Curious .. what is everyones personal best on rebuys in the rebuys?? I have rebought 58 times in the 10 R+ , 37 in the 22+, I dont know what my most in the 30 or 50 R+'s are and 12 times in the 100R+ ..

    Personal best? You are proud of having to rebuy 58 times in a single $10+R? I hope you get seated at my table.

    The 10 rebuy is so much fun lol ... I bet someone will post a better score than me lol ... once BigSlick789, Premier and I were all 3 on the same table... I was in for 45 rebuys and they both had me way beat ... obviously if my BR would be hurt by this I wouldnt do it... I generally expect a lot of the chips I put on the table to come back to me after the break anyway.

    im in and finally got some chip up from original buy in with you guessed it pocket fives hittin set on the flop for the big triple up but no where near a big stack

    I try and build a large stack, while spending as little money as possible, MAYBE , just maybe this is an awful strategy..... I will not post a better "score" than u unfortunately, once i go over 6x the buy in, i just quit.

    Yeah Mennas buying in for as little as possible obviously makes the tournament a great overlay... but I like going crazy first hour .. gets me tons of calls after the break, and its fun when your running good and drawing out... sucks when your in for a few hundred and end up with 5k at the end of the first hour.. but I have final tabled the 10R many times ... and it actually doesnt matter whether you have 5k (rebuy plus add on) or are the chip leader at the end of the first hour .. not at all actually.. have made final table both ways.

    Ummm, just curious, how it "one of the best overlays in poker" I don't think you understand the word overlay. Bodog has 100k guaranteed tourneys that they only collect 40-50k, so it is a true overlay.

    There is no overlay in this tournament. You may mean it is fun... I play the rebuys as aggressively as anyone, I spend what I have to to have a big stack at the break... but 58 rebuys is senseless.

    58 rebuys is ridiculous. How'd you get 58 rebuys in one hour? Push and lose every hand (or possibly every other hand)? I've seen KUjayhawk08 double-rebuy open push or call all-in until he has at least 8k or so in chips but that usually only takes about 10 rebuys.

    Yeah I agree... like I said the most I've seen KU rebuy is like 12 times and even that is a bit excessive in my mind. I told him once that the next time he felt like calling an all-in with 45o (live cards!!!) in the owns to instead just transfer me $50. 58 doesn't make sense to me either...

    guess you don't understand overlays as well as you think, clearly, if I am refering to the tournament as an overlay, I am planning on only putting one rebuy and add-on. If you divide the number of rebuys by entrances the average buy-in is usually 40-50$ . Multiply that by the 1000+ entrance (assuming you only put in 31$) and you have an overlay on your money.

    one time i had 27 rebuys.......AA got cracked twice....KK got cracked once......QQ twice.....a man can only take so much....

    Alright Guys, at-ease, I am not a high strung egotistical a-hole, never even draw attention to myself I play for the money, respect can come later ... There are a number of players that have rebough 40+ times .. highest I know of is MrSmokey1 ... I think he said 67 was his # ... I think premier, or michael128 might have that beat ... just thought it might be an intresting thread didnt mean to generate a bunch of hate. As far as telling br he was wrong ... he was and he tried to call me out when he was wrong ... gl all in the tourney.

    lol. there is no way you rebought 58 times in a rebuy tournament within an hour. Seems almost impossible to me even if you lose every single race. And way to tell brsavage hes wrong about poker terminology. Who are you?

    Ok.. 58 buyins total.. so, everytime I rebuy and add on, thats 2 buyins .. divide 58 by 2.. think thats feasable ?? Open your minds people. Mental health day, everyone is quick to say someone else is wrong before they stop to think.

    why is he a moron..what wortks for some does not work for everone..keep at open mind, i can see how this works..little crazy and id efinately dont by this strategy as crazily as roger does but i can see how it is succesful

    Carribeankid and premier have EASILY rebought 60 times in the first hour before...I would guess carribeankid was close to 80 one time I watched him.....he won 2 pots in the first hour...with double rebuys every hand he lost...all in every hand preflop

    Guys calm down- Roger obviously did it just to have some fun. If he can afford to spend $580 on a 10$ rebuy, then who are you tell him he can't? Some of you come at him telling him how stupid it was, but he wasn't playing seriously.
