If he's "underaged" the only problem with that is the gov't doesn't like it bc people are generally too stupid to give super-smart young people credit for knowing wtf they're doing. He's smarter than the people who made the law against him playing, so I say, let him play all he wants. The only person he might hurt is himself and he's smart enough to be a massive winning player so wgaf if he's "too young". If you can't beat a 15-year-old kid, it means there's either something wrong w/ ur game and/or that much right w/ his.

As for MA'ing, intellegent arguments can be made for any set of rules regarding name changes and the # of accounts permitted, so, while I understand that MA'ing under the current set of rules is for POS's, they could just change the rules to let everyone do whatever they wanted and eliminate having to worry about the whole issue.

This will be my first and possibly only reply to this matter. I've kept up with the thread over on pocketfives obviously, and I knew this was going to happen. Dipthrong told me he was going to dedicate himself to try and get me banned posting I was allegedly underage, and e-mailing the sites. I've been reported before to the sites and have been cleared to play.

Obviously dipthrong doesn't give a **** if I'm underage or not. He's doing this because he's a gigantic tool. I'll give everyone a run down of the situation and you can see who's at fault. I never stole a dime from dipthrong, never had any sort of backing arrangement with him, signed nothing, and would never play a hand of poker for him.

I was backed by mement_mori for the last couple months. I was doing horribly and mement made the decision to drop me until he could sell my makeup. His financial situation dictated this. There was never any problem between mement and I and I feel strongly that if everything was right in his world financially he would've continued to back me. Mement is a really good guy and I enjoyed being backed by him.

Anyway, mement had to find someone to buy my makeup. He was offering it at a very low %. Dip/Jamers expressed interest to mement about buying my makeup. I went in to an AIM chatroom with Mark and Jamie and we talked a little bit before we got in to business. I sent them a hand history file so they could go over it to confirm I wasn't a losing player or anything. In the chatroom I wasn't treated like this was a mutual business agreement. I was treated like dip was god's gift to me and that I should be grateful for possibly being backed by him. I was talked down to, called "kid" multiple times, just really disrespectful stuff.

When you're going to back someone they need to be treated with respect. This isn't the 1800s and I'm not your slave. You plain and simple cannot talk to me like that or there's not much of a chance I'm going to play poker for you. On top of that, we didn't agree on what I was going to be allowed to play, and didn't agree on cash games at all. I told dipthrong basically I'd never play a hand of poker for him. I'm not even sure why he tried to get me to play for him in the first place. The first time I ever talked to him and every time we talked he treated me like a little kid and talked **** to me.

At this point I'm not sure what's going to happen. I can only hope my accounts are cleared and I'm back playing poker ASAP. I haven't been contacted by either of the poker sites at all and my accounts are still open. I spoke to pokerstars on the phone last night about a transfer to my backer after my $320 score. Nothing was brought up about this situation. I even had to send ID in to them and had no problem with that. The $12K transfer was approved and I went to sleep, and woke up to see this thread.

I don't plan on replying to this thread at all. I really hope this doesn't turn in to a flame war and I really hope you guys don't either. I just wanted to tell my side of the story. Obviously dip doesn't give a **** about whether someone's underage or not. I'm 99% sure he's backed underage players in the past. It's all about personal gain for him and that's it. He doesn't seem to care that if I were banned somehow, mement would lose $9K that I owe him as part of the makeup sale. My current backer now would also lose money/equity. He's ****ing over them harder than he is me.

So maybe im just a dumb micro muppet but i dont get it... He is a losing player in tourneys... If he plays cash well and makes up for it then it makes sense but as far as tourneys im at a loss... W/ 220k in cashes and a -25% roi that means hes down like 55k...?? Im confused at (1) how hes backed (2) why a PLB top 100 has a problem with his playing and (3) who gave an UA player 55k to lose?

Alot of people said in the Udonwannit thread that ghosting isn't cheating becuz its not against the TOS even tho in many cases its basically the same thing as multi accounting and clearly steals equity from honest players who play only by themselves.

Now we have a thing that is against the TOS but isn't cheating be cause supposedly it doesn't give an edge, supposedly.

I'm so confused and I give up . If your my friend or someone I like and your doing something ethically gray to make some extra scratch then good for you . If not then and your doing the same your a mf scumbag cheater who should burn in poker hell . I'm pretty sure this is the way most people in the community are they just make up some BS to disguise it.
