    Right now i'm just collecting names of players who play the same stakes, 10-55 dollar MTT's, I Would be interested if you wanted to get a serious comp going

    $3-11 rebuys

    $5-20 cubed/2r1a

    on pokerstars and ftp for a week or 10 days. dunno how people would want to do the scoring. like top 30 scores or something

    ill organize it but im not 100% sure what that involves. first we have to figure out if we want teams or individual scoring, for how many days, and how many plbs

    here are my thoughts

    Individual vs teams: this depends on what people want and how many we get. id like to do a team competition but thats just a personal preference. i figure if we can get at least 12 people we can do teams of 2-3, but its up to the competitors

    Length: once again dependent. ideally it was be 7, 10, or 14 days long. i think the longer the better, but i would also like for this competition to not run over into Thanksgiving (November 26) since most americans will not be concentrating on poker around that time

    Scoring: The custom PLB is great for this feature. the only problem is that it counts ALL scores, not just the ones set up for the competition. thus if someone ships a $75 mtt, it would show in the custom plb even though it doesnt count for the contest. thus i think we'd have to PM the organizer with each update in his PLB just to confirm their scores, and we'll keep it in an excel file or whatever.

    Also we have to determine how many scores count. i dont want to make this volume based, since some of us have more time than others to play. thus top 10 or 30 or whatever scores could count. if it was a team competition then i think each person has to have a minimum # of scores to count so his or her partner(s) arent carrying all of their weight

    Buy-in: Once again dependent on people's desires, but i was thinking anywhere from $100-300. i figure only 1st and maybe 2nd place would get paid depending on the number of entrants

    Umm i guess thats it. if anyone knows of a great way to keep track of the scores, or wants to volunteer to do that, im sure we can all ship them $5-10 dollars for the help.

    length: Dec. 1 - Dec. 14 (or Dec. 21 if ppl want longer) to avoid thanksgiving and xmas

    Buyin: 200$ for ind., $100 for team

    *no 180 man scores count

    pay 1st only up to 10 peeps; 1-2 if 10-20 ppl

    boo december is so far away, id prefer something like november 15-22 or something. plus if we're going to do it in december, the miniftops starts 12/9 and we'd be ending the contest a few days into it which doesnt really make sense to me
