    I've never liked celebrities getting involved in poker even if some argue it is good for the game i.e. it attracts more players. Betfair have offered to pay Michael Phelps (a good swimmer aparantlely) into the WSOPE Europe. Personally I'd rather them add an extra place to their Super Sunday thing rather than waste it on a player who has little chance of going deep in the tournament.

    Honestly, like he needs financial backing, have you seen the house he just bought. If anything they are using him more than they are helping him. But I don't play on betfair so i'd rather see MP play the event sorry.

    He's actually not too bad at teh pokah, and definitely better than some of the luckbox internet qualifiers.
