  1. It's limped around to me in the sb and I have A6s. I complete and see a flop. (Pot is .25). Lol, yeah, I know, it's only 5NL.

Flop is AK6 rainbow. I bet .20. It's folded around to the button who minraises to .40. I think for a minute and raise to $1.20. He minraises again.

I push at this point and he calls with K6o. I scoop a 400bb pot worth a grand total of $19 minus the freggin $1 rake.

I can pull up the HH if you need a visual.

My ? is here should I think about mucking this hand on the flop? How about at 25NL, 50NL, 100NL?

I can't put him on AA, KK, or 66 b/c of no pre/f raise and I have a 6 myself. There's always AK, but again I have a hard time putting him on this since he didn't raise pre.

    Any suggestions?
  2. Easy shove on this flop.

AK, AA and KK have to raise preflop unless the players are completely mental. 66 is possible but would be something you could easily chalk up to a cooler. WP.
  3. AK doesn't have to raise preflop. Thinking you always have to do something playing 200 BB's in NL is mental.
  4. Any limits at .50/1 or higher this is easy fold against a regular (unless you know you are up against a fish). The only hand you can really put him on that you are ahead of is k6.

I can;t comment on your game though since I don;t know how the average player plays in that game, but at higher levels going 400bbs deep here is clearly a losing play unless you know your opponent is a fish.
  5. Agree with northstar. However, at 5NL I can't see myself ever laying this down.

  6. Thanks for the feedback.

In the larger games such as 50NL and 100NL, do you see many family pots like this one was?
