Micro Satellite spot

    I'm relatively new to satellite play, and ran into a spot last night that I could use some advice on. 7 left, 6 people get the entry to the 200k (11 T$) and 7th gets $6.00.

    I've got 2 BB left, and would survive the blinds coming around, but just barely, what's the right play in a satellite?

    This sucks b/c if the blinds go up next hand, you will not survive them.

    BUUT, the SB and BB should be calling with ATC and you're going to be a dog against both of them.

    I don't know, I'd probably shove it in then regret it later, but you might are supposed to fold here.

    I checked the time on the blinds going up and knew i'd make it through this level if that helps.

    fold...lexus is too short for you to play this hand and you can survive the blinds

    i'd say lexus is all in this round so you can fold and hope he loses.(most likeky EVERYONE will call him and check it down) I think this is a safe move.

    Thanks for the replies, I did end up folding here.

    Blinds came around and got me down to 700 or so. Lexus pushed UTG with K7, called by Q 10 and A Q, flop is K7x..he gets up to almost enough to post the full BB. Next hand he's all in in the BB with 10 8, called by KQ and 75. Flop is 985 turn 3 river 9 so he hits bigger two pair. He dodged a ton of outs with blind luck.

    Long story short, I had 395 chips after that, pushed the next hand with 56s and lost... I thought i played it OK, but always doubt it when the end result wasn't what I expected.
