Congratulations for Mike Matasow at the Isle for his $107,000 First Prize win.
When I got there this afternoon the final table was in play.
A total of 400 + participants created a huge Pay day for the Pro.
Rumour has it that he got Pocket Qs 4 times in a row and they held up.
He played a good patient tournament from what I saw Saturday and two major hands paved his way.
He called off 1/2 his stack with 99 vs KK and hit his set.
He also survived his tournament life with a flopped flush when his set boated the river. These are the two come from behinds I saw or witnessed but I am sure he had a few more. Moral of the story: Even the Pros get lucky to win. -

mikey also won a huge put when hit a nut straight to the 8 on the turn when his opponent hit a set of 8's with 20 people to go.

I sat by his whore on the way to Aussies a couple years back, word on streets is its a reg thing for Mike. He paid this bitch to go to Aussie Mills with him basically, pry so he could penetrate without trying over there. But who knows maybe it was a legit gf. So me and Stamdogg got to BS with Mikey and his blondie with fat tits. He's pry on to the next one by now and the hooker market just went up by ~$107,000, get in ladies.

I was down there for some MTTs right before this one. The Isle was running some promotion during their cash games where if you got a certain hand or better, you got a ticket to a raffle. They raffled off spots in Mike's poker camp. It was hilarious to hear all the awful, terrible, lolbad livetards bashing Mike saying things like "what could I learn from him" as they continued to butcher 1/2 NL. Then he promptly shits on all of them.
idk I found humor in it .. but you might need to see just how awful they are to see humor in it -
