MiniFTOPS #22 only paying top 6.6%? WTF???

    Up to level 14 and late reg closed 2 levels ago, yet FT has not changed the payouts. Only top 6.6 are ITM???? WTF is up with that?

    i like a more top heavy structure for sure, but ftp is really gonna try hard to bust all the donkeys. with mets and this, donkeys cash and make much less.
