I have been trying for a month and a half to get my money out of Minted Poker. It is getting very annoying. I have given them copies of everything from a cancelled check to my passport to my utility bill. They say they keep trying to send the wire and it keeps getting rejected.
They have asked me if my checking out can accept overseas wires, which it can. Curiously they have never asked me for a SWIFT code which is needed on all transfers. I have "voluntarily" sent them a SWIFT code to see if they are just dumb and do not realize they need one.
Any suggestions from anyone on what to do to get your money? I only played on this site because ADAM and the P5's crew recommended it and had me play in a freeroll there. I liked the 40% rakeback, but if this is how the cashouts are going to be, I am gone from there.
Please let me know if you have had similar problems and what was the outcome. Thanks. -

I've asked our rep from Minted to come here and post, and hopefully he can help you out.
FWIW, I was able to cash out of there when I needed to, though I did it via Neteller. There was quite a bit of verification (I had to send a scanned copy of my credit card, my ID, etc.), but it went fine afterwards. I think you won't have a problem in the end.
