  1. i logged into my account this morning and it was appx $2600 lite. i played a session last night and cked the balance at the end and everything was cool. i called support, and i think the lady said that no one logged into my account after my session. she had a thick accent though, and i cudn't understand her that well. there was an update this morning, so i hoping its a glitch on their end. is anyone else going through this? i need some peace of mind. it is my birthday and im quite sad now. plz help out ur boy imo
     
  2. Everything is fine in my accounts. I'd contact support again...
  3. i contacted the live web support to confirm that no one else had logged into my account. the lady said 'this matter is already pending investigation....blah blah blah...' and i was like 'hey i just need some peace of mind here can u help me out.' and she was all 'this matter is already pending....' and i said 'thx u heartless robot'

    Just chill for a minute. Don't take it out on the customer service people. It'll get fixed but not in five minutes.

    I'm sure they'll expedite your request with mature replies such as this one.
  6. Email the security team. I was in frequent contact with one of the security guys from Cakepoker when my account was hacked.

  8. problem solved. ps i didnt technically call support a heartless robot. rather i said "thanks robot" bc of the robotic responses i was receiving. pss some douche tried to insult me via pm for that comment and it made me chuckle
