  1. I have a question for those who built up their bankroll from a small amount. When did you decide to move up in stakes? Right now I'm playing 25/30 dollar sng's but I have almost 200 buy-in's for those so I could easily move up. I'm afraid I will stop winning however and I don't want to lose money, ever. What suggestions do you guy's have for bankroll management while moving up? How many should I play before i decide whether I'm good enough to compete at the next level ect..

The next level in question is the 55 turbo's on stars, and eventually the 125's. Is the competition a lot stiffer than the 25's?
  2. If you don't want to lose money ever, you have the wrong hobby ;)

Anyway I think you have to prepare yourself for a bit of a hit when you move up levels. There's no teacher like experience as they say, and you'll have to take your knocks to advance. It sounds like you've done a great job managing your bankroll, so just establish what your threshhold of pain is as far as losses goes, and save up that much to give the $55's a try. I'd think you want to give yourself at least 20 buyins worth to test the waters with and get a feel for whether the level of competition is too high or not. Hopefully someone who plays the stars $55 SNG's will have more insight for you-

    GL!
