and noone has ever gone to jail for being an accessory after the fact...Personally Im glad stars is making the lives of cheaters as miserable as possible..hopefully it might make someone think twice about multiaccounting if they know their closest family and friends will go down with them. Sure it sucks if some people will be punished for nothing but it sucks even more for all the people being cheated.

i banned my accounts cause to be honest i may have took a week off for last 4 years i need a break. i dont enjoy playing i get way to stressed and im not in position where i need to play poker. 1 day of poker is a months worth of bills if not more. in these 6 months i am trying to learn to be a better person in same time as just chilling. i banned my accounts when i was still number 1 on here, plb n propoll both, i dont need to use other names to get a edge and yes you all piss me off alot but i still dont mind ya. no way possible imo you all would ever pay me off like you do if i was on another name. thanks ill be back soon try keep my name out of the unetiquite people in the poker community thanks.

OK you win...after i saw the stars responce where they stated there was no collusion or softplaying on that table i do agree that jason should not be banned for life.(maybe for 3 months or so)You just have to understand that without prove it was hard not to believe he didnt.See my post in FREE JASON page 14.

Honestly it boggles the mind to think that these guys whose talent is undeniable resort to this kind of thing time and fucking time again.

As an outsider looking in, it seems like these guys (cheaters) maintin the respect of their peers so they don't really give a shit if they get caught anymore - "Oh well, I can't play online, I'll just hop on the live tourney train and glad hand it with all the 'real' pros and I can always just make another account or stake someone I've trained to do it for me" .

No one, not one ranked player that I've read a response from on these kinds of threads even hints at the fact that they might shun one of these fuckers if they met them at a live event. Not one! All the big guys do is tell those that claim they'd "knock that cheater out" at a live tourney that they're full of it and wouldn't risk their 10K buy in on some self satisfying garbage like that but they never say flat out that if they saw Sorel Mizzi or JJ at a tournament that they'd look them in the face and say "not cool, man...not fucking cool".

see, this is where you fail b/c you would be an accomplice after the fact.

You are right it's definitely not concrete, but I bet if stars reviews the whole FT they will find a pretty strong case. Either way, I feel bad for Jason that his brother was such a boneheaded cheater that he cost him his account and livelihood etc. My only point was that it just seems really unlikely that Jason is completely innocent just because it is his flesh and blood that is the one cheating.
