Congrats to up and comer and pocket fiver Mucker, who made two final tables days apart in the World Poker Showdown held this last week in beautiful St. Maarten. Known for her "Big Pairs" cowboy hat and aggressive, bullying style of play, look for her to make a run at several big events this year. Several of the best pros there were highly impressed. I know I was. Well done. :-)

Thanks Blue!!!! We had a blast down there. I must say that you had a great run yourself making two final tables as well!! Fortunately for the both of us........they were in different events. For those of you who aren't familiar with the World Poker Showdown, I have participated in two of their events now. The first one was on a cruise in December and this last one was in St. Maarten. The buy ins are very affordable. This makes this event a great one for those that aren't comfortable putting out a big amount. The people that I have met at the events are great. Herb Van Dyke and Warren Karp are running a great show. For those of you who want more info for upcoming events you can check it out at the www.worldpokershowdown.com. I plan on attending the next event in St. Maarten in September. If you haven't been to St. Maarten before, it is an amazing island..........lots to do besides poker.
Hoping for more final tables and online wins!! And KK...........you should know by now that I NEVER give out my number!!! ^_^

Thanks for the kind words. It was a blast to have you at our event and thanks again for the "plug" lol. just one correction though. St Maarten is in November with the first event being November 4. Costa Rica starts August 18. Site will be updated shortly to reflect the actual dates.
One word of advise: Avoid the small pocket pair races!
