  1. I have not played online for several months. I have moved to a new location and am ready to head back to the online scene...but I had FirePay and they no longer allow these transactions. I have seen myCitadel posted on here and want to know what others are now doing for online play? And yes, I reside in the U.S. which is pretty much the only reason I am posing this question here...

What poker sites are allowing U.S. residents and which sites are funding you?...TIA...
  2. Use neteller because they are used by every site. After you sign up for neteller if you use instacsh be sure and do it at the poker site not netellers site because the poker site will pick up the fee that neteller charges. Citadel is fine but the only site I have found that takes it is UB. Neteller is better because it's more universal.

The best sites still open to U.S. players are pokerstars, Full Tilt, Ultimatebet and bodog. There are others but those are the 4 best IMO. Use the pocketfives links to the sites to sign up for any of the sites so p5's gets some credit.

    Good luck.
  3. yeah use neteller, citadel isn't for every site yet...but i bet if neteller closes they will be :)
  4. Netteller is not available in every state, e.g. Maryland.
  5. Another good option is to sign up for the instant echecks that each site offers. If you aren't going to play multiple sites then just do that.
  6. You have to be 21 to use mycitadel... I'm kinda annoyed about that
  7. You can use myCitadel wallet to transfer money from your checking account to:
    UltimateBet
    Bodog
    Poker.com

pokerstars and Paradise will be compatable soon.
myCitadel sponsors the PocketFives.com Podcast every week, so if you'd like to show your support for them, give them a try on your next deposit if you're looking for a new site or reloading onto an existing one.

  8. citadel needs to get the instash option like neteller has so the site can pick up the fee. Unless I am retarded which is possible I haven't seen that they have that option.
  9. citadel only charges going out, not coming in....which there are ways around obv
  10. pokerstars doesn't plan on integrating mycitadel, I emailed them about it last week.
  11. myCitadel has said they will be compatible with pokerstars within the next few weeks. You should post your e-mail about this. My information comes from my contact at Citadel.

  12. <pre>Hello Eric,

At this time we do not plan on including this method as part of our own. I
will send your email/suggest to the department in charge for consideration.

Your feedback is very important to us. Thank you for your concern and
    cooperation.

    Regards,

  15. hi everyone
sorry for the late response. yes, citadel suite of products: citadel checks and mycitadel wallet has not been integrated with pokerstars yet but discussions and negotiations are well underway. maybe you can tell lee to push this as a priority LOL :-)
currently for u.s. based players, you can find mycitadel and citadel checks on bodog, poker.com and ultimatebet. coming down the line in the very near futuer will be full tilt, pokerstars and absoute.
    hope this helps
    cheers!

  16. Maryland = 1.25% of US population. Yet every thread I've seen on this topic has someone warning "neteller is not available in maryland". OK Marylanders, we got it.
