  1. I def morphed into a donkey during this hand.

Seeing that I played the hand awful, my question is what is my plan for the turn here with no reads as I was just moved to this table?

    1) Take a stab and fold to a reraise or river bet? If so how much?
    2) Check call and re-evaluate on the river at the board would seem tough for him to bluff at without having me
    3) Check Fold???

Arg...I didn't think he would check behind an ace here and I think a flush would be very unlikely...but thinking about it I really like his check behind because he is either way behind or way ahead (and look what he got me to do .

  2. this is just spewtacular!
  3. so you shoved $20,844 into a $12,325 chip pot on the turn?
  4. Don't listen to the haters.

This is a standard shove imo!

    Keep chuggin along buddy!
  5. bet/fold flop. shut down if he flats. Also shoving pre is fine too

  6. I'm a full time donk, but I think I bet out on the flop 4-5K and fold to raise, check down the rest of the way if he calls the flop bet.
  7. with just over 15 bb's, consider open push AK/99+ ?
  8. I don't like your plan here. This is a drawing board, and you are either way ahead or behind. Remember, that ace is a scare card to you, it's scary to him for a lot of hands, including KQ, etc. Giving him a free card isn't doing anything for you.

From his vantage point, you probably aren't checking the flush draw. So, either your check/folding or your check raising him. Let him play.

Turn card makes your life easy. You were check/folding the flop there. Now the flush hit, and another ace. I might bet out light there (typical c-bet of 5k or so), but then I'm bailing. You might even want to check/fold this. But, his check and the 2nd ace hitting was a death card. You figure your ahead, so you push, and your dead.

I really think you misplayed the flop. C-betting the flop saves you from this turn. Even if he flats you on the flop, the flush hitting on the turn likely saves you. He has you beat then.
  9. Shove pre, 99 is too tough to play oop with only 15 bb's.
