    2
  5. wow, that was great.
  6. is it really necessary to call someone <span>'cockbreath'</span> ?

and yes you succeeded (with flying colors) in making yourself look like an ass

(oh and on topic >> that hand was absurdly ridiculously stupid)
  7. you stay classy, PD

pd'ers will never understand the mystical ways of OT.

    noobs
  8. if johnny drama uses the word "cockbreath", someone in the world has got to steal that from him
  9. that was fucking sick
  10. more money than sense me thinks
  11. 2 great reads... honestly think both played the hand very well.. G just underestimated how much of a station Benyamine is, which was his mistake.
  12. i dont care what anyone says about deep levels of thinking or sick plays...this is a retarded fucking hand...niether of these guys bet until the river and basically Genius loses 31k in a pot that wasnt bet on until the river, looks like a tourny donk move

flame me,go ahead, i know, most of you guys are in love with these ppl
  13. I won't flame you because I agree. Looked like two donkeys fighting for chips in a $4.40 SNG.
  14. i'll tell it from what my perspective and i'll try and guess would be g's perspective. river counterfeights him. he bets to take pot down. benyamine raises, g probably doesn't think he'd value raise an ace (or maybe he does and thinks he can get him off this too, i dunno)so g thinks benyamine is either trying to take him off the pot or has a hand. g decides the likelihood benyamine doesn't have a hand is high enough % that it is worth it for him to shove over the top to try and take down the pot... ALSO, its great for metagame. and that's still probably 5 levels too shallow.. but that's what i garnered from the hand.
  15. if g wanted the pot so bad as it appears he does ahh snap....why doesnt he bet on the flop or turn when his hand was solid? I see no point of getting that all in there on the river if you fail to bet any street prior

ahh snap, i can see what you mean w your reasoning, but isnt poker about $? at what point do you cut your losses, he had almsot nothing invested in the hand?..who said D.B isnt slowplaying something sick?

i can 100% see how this could happen if there was betting prior to the river, the g would have something to gain, but here, there jsut isnt anything invested to be wrthwhile going after...
  16. It's not about wanting the pot so bad its about making +EV decisions all the time. the flop and turn play was for pot control and there was no value in betting. The river he thought benyamine was weak and he could get him off the hand. David made a nice call and G was wrong, but I don't think the thought process was flawed.
  17. Forgetting about the money involved here. I thought it was a great read by Magic knowing that he had an A high would win the pot. But I only wish I was as good as Cmoney. That is my true wish in life.
  18. ^^ no comment
  19. lllllllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooolllllllllllllllllllllll
  20. If you watch the ultra-high-stakes games a lot, you'll see the most aggro swingy play online usually. It's pretty silly to pick 1 hand out of a session and critique it when you have no idea how loose the flow of the game has been, or what the players involved are trying to accomplish. You'd be suprised what 1 reckless play can do for a laggy player against a calling station, this could be the most profitable play Genius made in the session because now Benyamine may be willing to make looser calls(probably not the case but there's usually more to it when one of the best cash game playa's online makes a play like this) later in the session. You being completely results oriented, this probably works 98% of the time at least, not many people will call there with A high.
