  1. So first of all i wanna thank all p-fivers for all the advice before i went to Vegas.First i wanna talk about the Gold Casino...Yes it was close but not really the place stay but cosidering when i booked there wasnt many options.tried to shave but sink would not drain but its all goood cause im close to the RIO...Figuired by a.m. it would be fine to brush my teeth.Shower was always an option for teeth. Will not be on my stops next time.I would rather pay cab fares.AS for wsop events i wasnt to impressed not many chips to start and so hectic and uncomfortable place to play,,,But this was the WSOP!So i played saturdays event, june 23th busted after about 6 hours of play.No chippies, with very little room for play.So off to Venetion on sunday and played in the $1060 buy in turny with 10k chips, like night and day to wsop events!Had a very good turny ended up making deal with 18 poeple and then again with 9 poeple, saving 25k each and play for the rest of prize pool.Took it down for $37k.two full days of poker with lots of play!Venetion rocks!xxxx wsop events!Played in one $1060 7pm event at rio with 61 poeple cashed for third for 8k and played one $500 main event mega and busted early.Played about 10 hours of 5-10 nl games were so soft it made me sick.So profit of 40k for week and now the dilemma of going back to plop it down for Main event!Thanx again all!and good luck to everyone out there!

  2. You mean Gold Coast? Sorry you didn't like it; I love staying there.
  3. Glad you had a good time. I stayed at the Orleans (a Coast casino property I believe) and rented a car to get around in Vegas. I didn't have the br to to play the games you did (thank you FTP, bodog, US gov't for making my funds unavailable or impossible to obtain in a reasonable amount of time), but mine was also a profitable trip.

Due to the fact that I have the most understanding wife in the world, this was allowed to be a belated honeymoon / poker trip that involved a few 20+ hour poker sessions over our 9 day trip. I'll write a more detailed report later including some tips for those of you that take wives or gfs on trips where you plan on playing alot of poker. Good luck to everyone that is still in vegas. Wish I was there; I've never seen a bigger pond of low to mid limit fish in my life.
  4. 20+ hr poker sessions while on a honeymoon/poker trip. HMM. What'd ur wife do the whole time?
