    thought nate was going down to costa rica, he has posted on his blog since but not a mention of the trip? did i miss something

    "Also, as many people know, I’m wrapping up a trip to Costa Rica right now. I’ve been here all week talking to Absolute Poker management, ex-employee, current employees, etc. It’s been interesting and I’ve learned a lot. I also think I’ll be able to dispel a number of the rumors that have been floating around. However, because of the audit going on at Absolute, there were many important issues that we were unable to address.

    I know that everyone wants a “sneak peek” or a “quick rundown of what I found” but I just don’t have time to do that for people on AIM/MSN/etc. I’m writing and editing like crazy to get my findings and opinions out there publicly and every time I spend time talking about details with one person, it pushes everything back for everyone.     As far as refunding, Im not sure but I believe they did the refunds (for the main tournaments at least) already. I could be wrong.

    Three I know N8 personally and can tell you that there is NO WAY he is going to write a "fluff piece". He did NOT go to C.R. on AP's dime. Just keep those assumptions rolling.

    Nat's report will be very complete but that means it will be VERY underwheling. Gank's post (if true, and i believe him) is really all the other info we can hope to gain right now. There's no way Nat will be allowed to share how much in refunds has been given out or anything juicy like that. But still, hats off to Nat for representing the online community, well done sir.

    It isn't a fluff piece.

    But I also didn't get an audio recording of Scott Tom and AJ Green talking about how awesome it was pwning people when they were playing as POTRIPPER.

    It's somewhere in the middle.
