    Negreanu/Matusow will be interesting.

    Hachem/Moneymaker is intriguing becaue of the WSOP connection. If Wasicka wins he'd then play the winner of those two.

    Antonius vs Huck Seed is an unfair match up for both to be playing in the first round. That being said, I think Huck Seed goes deep.

    I hope Gazes owns here. Kristy did just finish 16 at LAPC and I think she went really deep at Aussie Milions (I may be on crack).

    She may be in because she's a chick associated with FTP, but she is one of the better females on the circuit.

    2 matches out of each bracket get feature coverage right? So a great one like Patrick/Huck probably won't get coverage. I'd guess we'll see:

    Lindgren/Russo and Barry/Carlos. Tough call though, they might go with Shannon E for star power.

    Gus/Shekiy and Sammy/Forrest for sure. 100%.

    DN and Matusow, obv. And Gold/Tilly.

    Prolly Ferguson/Fisch and definitely Ivey/Cheadle.

    Some great matches we'll probably never seen more of than the all in at the end, unfortunately. It would be so cool if they taped this for DVD release with all the hands and hole cards of each match.

    Antonius vs. Seed is a great match that I would love to see in its entirety.

    Booth vs. Lederer should be very fun. How will Howard deal with how ultra aggressive Booth is?

    Benyamine vs. Gavin Smith will be interesting...both guys play a lot of hands and mix it up.

    Mizrachi vs. Juanda, same thing.

    Raymer vs. Nam Le...Nam Le is so underrated and so damn good, he'll give Raymer big problems I think.

    Chan vs. J.C Tran might be one of the top 3 matches in the first round as well. Sick matchup between an all time graet and maybe the hottest tourney player out there right now.

    Oh yeah, just realized no Hellmuth this year. That's probably a good thing, as he dominates the TV coverage, much like DN and Matusow.

    The more I think about it, does anyone else think in that shitty clubs bracket we might get Antonius/Seed as a TV match?

    I figure they'll show Lindgren/Vanessa because of the attractive woman factor vs a guy who's not a total bore in Lindgren.

    I'd say Madsen but no way against a boring guy like Zolotow.

    Shannon Elizabeth I suppose is a possibility because they like showing the stars. Her match is a bore too, though. If she was up against somebody like Farha it'd be a done deal of course.

    They probably love Humberto, but I don't see them wanting to put Seidel in their feature table.

    Laak/Traniello? Is Traniello a big enough name for it?

    Tough call...the other feature matches are pretty easy to guess.

    I have carried the Kristy Gazes torch on many occasions but she does not have the results to be in this. Though admittedly she is probably better than half of this field.

    I would imagine Booth is the favorite, but don't know. Obviously in this environment anyone can win, but if it was NLHE cash, Booth would crush. :P

    I can not imagine that Booth would be the favorite. I am biased because I want that end of the bet but he has virtually no results and I think he is a bit over rated.

    But Lederer has played VERY little over the last two years.

    I think Lederer would be a favorite because his name is popular, but amongst poker players I think they would take Booth.
