    I can appreciate the fact that UB was attempting to make their software better and give players some of the things they have asked for, but I am nearly through with them.

    I have spent the last 4 hours trying to play the 20 seat SNG. I register, it shows me on the list, slowly the list changes and my name disappears...but I am never taken to a sng table. Then when I check my balance, my money is still there as if I had never registered in the first place.

    I played these a lot yesterday finishing in the money 80%. I was thinking I had found my new game to play. But not now.

    UB is frusterating the hell out of me.

    That happened to me quite a few times yesterday afternoon, too. I was getting pop-up messages saying there'd been a problem with starting the tourney, and my buy-in had been refunded (and it was). The problem seemed to be intermittent as some tourneys did fill and start.

    I completed the survey they advertised on the main screen for a few days. I doubt it was my comments that made the difference, but some of the suggestions I made regarding SnGs have been incorporated the last few days.

    I'm thinking hell will freeze over any day now ...
